We are looking out for a Digital Marketing Consultant

We are looking for talents who are passionate to be part of an exciting 6-year-old marketing, sales & service consultancy. He or she will have the opportunity to work closely with the Founder and the team to expand the practice and help businesses to navigate through the complexities and uncertainties business environment. 

What You Will Learn

The Digital Marketing Consultant will experience an exponential learning curve if he or she can thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous nature of a consulting practice startup. There will be opportunities for him or her to work on different projects and enjoy the excitement of analytical problem-solving, critical thinking & innovation across Asia Pacific region. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and benchmarks to provide insights into the market

  • conditions, consumer behavioural, customer insights, customer segmentation, pricing, competition landscape for client projects

  • Design interview and online surveys in Japanese language to capture customer insights

  • Conduct interviews or focus groups to uncover customer insights

  • Generate and contribute new and creative digital marketing ideas in brainstorming sessions

  • Develop compelling digital marketing strategies with a clearly demonstrated understanding of a client's business goals in mind

  • Develop a clear framework to communicate and engage with audience personas

  • Create and edit content, mobilising storytelling opportunities whilst ensuring that they are aligned with the agreed marketing strategy and brand voice

  • Collaborate with the team on UI/UX design for website development

  • Test and implement innovative ways of content deployment and measurement of key metrics

The successful candidate should possess the following qualification and qualities:


  • Currently studying in a recognized university, preferably in a business/marketing/ communications related major

  • Excellent command of the Japanese language in support of content writing, copywriting, and proofreading. 

  • Able to work both independently with minimum guidance and effectively as part of a team

  • Strong team player, open-minded, enthusiastic and eager to learn

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Works well in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to stick to tight deadlines

  • Ability to display high agility in reacting & responding to current sentiment

  • Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with excellent written and verbal

  • communication skills, preferably the ability to develop and deliver consulting

  •   presentations.  

  • Fluency in Japanese and English languages

  • Strong market research capabilities to generate valuable insights

  • Possess Critical and Strategic Thinking mindset
