To be part of exciting user research project/s to uncover customer insights. You will have the opportunity to get first-hand information and views from the users to form key strategic marketing efforts.
- Design scripts, interview and focus group questionnaires
- Conduct phone and face to face interviews
- Capture and collect user feedback/data and consolidate report
The successful candidate should possess the following qualification and qualities:
At least a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing and communication.
Strong interpersonal skills with strong written and oral communication skills
Comfortable making cold calls and speaking to strangers
Customer centric mindset
Enjoy communicating with others and approachable in seeking users’ views or opinions
Previous cold calling experience in outbound call center or related customer service experience preferred
