Vivien Koh

Founder and Managing Director

Vivien Koh is often referred to as a Seriously Successful Sales Leader (SSSL), Vivien spent 20 years in sales and marketing functions in Asia Pacific region across multiple corporate organizations such as Google, Oracle, DELL, EMC, Symantec, Ricoh. 

 

In Google as a senior leader for New Business Sales across Asia Pacific, she worked with her team and helped at least 11,000 clients transform from offline to online by educating them the potential of leveraging digital marketing platforms to uncover new market opportunities, accelerate customer acquisition and drive revenue growth. She tripled her business revenue at Google to hundreds of millions in US Dollars within the first two years and accelerated sales productivity. 

 

Following her success in the corporate world, Vivien launched her first marketing & sales consulting firm specializing in digital transformation. She has helped address her clients’ business challenges related to:

Neha Jha is a Senior Business Analyst at VK Transformation and she works closely with the Founder to formulate the strategic marketing & business development plans and assist clients to establish go-to-market strategies.

She is seasoned industry professional with over 5+ years of work experience across financial services & Strategy consulting. She has worked across various spectrum of the financial services industry including research, etrading, investment banking, and strategy consulting.

 

Neha is based out of Singapore and is currently an MBA student at Nanyang Business School and also holds a Bachelor’s in commerce from Delhi University.

Celia holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Singapore Management University with a major in Strategic Management. Sagar Roongta
Business Analyst

Sagar Roongta is a Business Analyst at VK Transformation, and he works closely with the Founder to formulate strategic marketing & business development plans, assist clients to establish go-to-market strategies and lead the VK Transformation Data Analytics Center of Excellence. He also oversees the delivery of client projects & new product development initiatives at VK Transformation.


He is a seasoned industry professional with 4+ years of experience in project management, process improvements and digital transformation. Throughout his professional career, he has helped Sales & Marketing teams in go-to-market strategy, solutions development, product management & digital transformation. He has experience in advising clients in both B2B & B2C segments.


Sagar is based out of Singapore and is an MBA graduate in Marketing & Strategy from Singapore Management University. He also holds a Master’s in Technology Management & a Bachelor’s in Engineering from NMIMS University, India.

Essha Jain is a Digital Marketing Consultant at VK Transformation. She works with the team to develop digital marketing strategy for firm and projects. She oversees company wide marketing initiatives including content management and performance management across multiple channels. She conducts strategic marketing research and benchmarks to provide actionable market insights for clients in various industries. She works closely with the founder on client proposals and participates in consultancy and marketing campaign implementation.  

 

Essha is a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cardiff University in the United Kingdom. She is a Marketing and Business Development Professional with over two years of work experience. She also holds a Diploma in Graphic Design, E-Shop Creation and Digital Marketing. She had the opportunity to oversee marketing, sales and business development initiatives in digital space and in-person. She has dealt with business clients, product partners, end-customers, companies from various geographies like US, China, UK, Switzerland, France to name a few which has strengthened her account management and interpersonal skills. 

Essha Jain

Chu Xuan is a Software Developer Intern at VK Transformation. She provides technical support for the Data Analytics Centre of Excellence team, specifically in the areas of Business Health, Sales & Marketing and Digital Transformation diagnosis. This will provide actionable insights and relevant solutions to address clients' business challenges in the age of digital transformation to stay competitive and accelerate growth.
 

Chu Xuan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Information and Communications Technology (Software Engineering) at Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). During her course of study, she has worked on various projects ranging from web application to mobile application which has afforded her with relevant theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Apart from that, she has also attained the PurpleClick Media Prize for Best Performance in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics.
