VK Transformation is a fast-growing 8-year-old strategic consulting and full-fledged digital marketing agency, headquartered in Singapore, dedicated to accelerating branding, marketing and digital transformation for startups, SMEs and MNCs across various industries. About the Role

The Head of Growth Marketing will play a pivotal role in leading a high performing digital performance team and steering the strategic direction and execution of our agency’s performance marketing efforts ie. paid media, paid social and SEO. This individual will be responsible for driving growth and efficiency for our clients across all digital advertising channels. By leveraging data informed insights, the Head of Growth Marketing will lead our team of performance marketing experts to ensure the right strategic direction is offered in addition to optimising campaigns, innovating our approach to digital advertising and achieving excellent ROI for our clients. A unique blend of analytical know how, creative thinking, critical thinking, innovation and digital marketing ecosystem knowledge related to paid advertising, PPC, SEO and online market places are required.


Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing and SEO strategies for our clients to meet their growth objectives. Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns while aligning to the clients’ expectations, business goals, campaign objectives and budgets.

Data Analysis and Optimisation: Leverage advances analytics to monitor and assess campaign performance as well as test and refine strategies to improve campaign efficiency an effectiveness. Ensure the right reports are generated, identify areas for improvement and provide data driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Strategic Performance Marketing: Responsible for media planning and activation across SEM, Social, Display and PMax etc. Ensure campaigns are delivered as planned with no overspends or errors in delivery. Be at the forefront of Performance
Marketing knowledge by keeping up to date with industry news and developments. Develop a good understanding of the client’s business and digital marketing objectives as well as the target audiences’ attitudes, behaviour and perceptions,
using a variety of market information and research data. Develop a strong understanding of the various digital media channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, TikTok and Display). Establish an understanding of all areas of VK Transformation’s expertise and the products/services we can provide to our clients. Be a trusted, knowledgeable source of information in performance marketing. Extend knowledge sharing, training and guidance to fellow team members on performance marketing.

Team Utilisation: Proactively work with the Managing Director to ensure your team is not under or over-utilised and the performance marketing team is working well with the wider agency

Client Relationships: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing client concerns and showcasing a proactive approach to problem-solving which instils faith in the agency and builds trust.

New Business: Act as the subject matter expert for performance marketing aspects of pitches, proposals and tenders and work with the commercial team to ensure high-quality outputs.

Innovation and Industry Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. Champion innovative strategies and tools that keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing, acting as a performance marketing thought leader for the agency’s marketing and at events.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • Possesses relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business, Marketing, Math or Economics, or any other relevant disciplines. 

  • Possesses at least 3 years of digital performance marketing experience 

  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and SEO best practices.

  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing talent.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in managing client and stakeholder relationships.

  • Creative and strategic thinker, with a passion for delivering measurable results.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Powerpoint and Excel)

  • Highly committed, ‘hands-on’ approach, proactive, can-do attitude and team player 

  • Able to work independently, efficient, fast, responsible, trustworthy and able to follow through well to meet timelines. 

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with a genuine interest in making a difference
