Founder's Story

About Vivien Koh

Often referred to as a Seriously Successful Sales Leader (SSSL), Vivien spent 20 years in sales and marketing functions in Asia Pacific region across multiple corporate organizations such as Google, Oracle, DELL, EMC, Symantec, Ricoh. It was in Google where Vivien realised she could pursue her passion and apply her expertise in sales and marketing to help her clients accelerate marketing and sales transformation to achieve a more predictable and sustainable growth.


Life at Google


Before she graduated from the corporate world, Vivien experienced first-hand digital transformation at a personal level with her transition from enterprise technology companies to the world’s renown internet company – Google.


While adapting and evolving at Google as a senior leader for New Business Sales across Asia-Pacific, she worked with her team to help at least 11,000 clients transform from offline to online by educating them on the potential of leveraging digital marketing platforms to uncover new market opportunities, accelerate customer acquisition and drive revenue growth.


As a result, Vivien tripled her business revenue at Google to hundreds of millions US Dollars within the first two years and accelerated sales productivity. In Google, she worked with startups struggling with customer acquisition and fundraising; Small, Medium Enterprises unable to appreciate the potential impact of digital platforms to their businesses and incumbent companies who were complacent and only pursued growth via their existing customer base. Vivien decided to venture out to kick-start the second chapter of her career and take the leap into entrepreneurship to transform lives and businesses.


Entrepreneurship journey


Following her success in the corporate world, Vivien launched her first marketing & sales consulting firm specialising in digital transformation. Ever since, she has been working with her team on several diverse projects to address her B2B and B2C clients’ (Startups, SMEs and Larger Enterprises) business challenges related to:

  • Innovating, transforming and designing new business models

  • Impactful Selling

  • Business continuity

Apart from spending quality time with her family, Vivien’s interests outside of work involve mentoring future women leaders and entrepreneurs. She enjoys sharing her sales and marketing transformational leadership experiences at interview panels like Enterprise Forum Speakers and various keynote speeches.


Vivien is grateful for the opportunities to partner with startups, SMEs and larger enterprises to address their business challenges by leveraging her years of experience and learnings at the corporate world to help them navigate through digital disruptions and stay competitive in this digital age.


Her vision is geared towards becoming an unconventional leading boutique management consulting firm in marketing and sales transformation. She believes consulting today is increasingly data-driven in order to design better strategies which will lead to better decision making and performance. The best part of her Career 2.0 is working closely with her customers, partners and team to create a legacy which is bigger than what she has contributed in the corporate world and help her clients to avoid the “Kodak” moment.
