We are looking out for a Digital Marketing Consultant.

We are looking for talents who are passionate to be part of an exciting 4-year-old marketing, sales & service consultancy. He or she will have the opportunity to work closely with the Founder and the team to expand the practice and help businesses to navigate through the complexities and uncertainties business environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team to develop digital marketing strategies and plans for the firm and projects. This includes digital, social, content management and online lead generation strategies.  

  • Conduct market research and benchmarks to provide insights into the market conditions, consumer behavioural, customer insights, customer segmentation, pricing, competition landscape for target markets for a variety of clients across multiple industries to uncover new opportunities.

  • Design performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition in the most cost-effective way and improve CPA & ROI for the firm and projects

  • Develop brand awareness or promote a single product or service or company

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.

  • Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI. 

  • Establish KPIs for measuring digital marketing impact and make recommendations to improve results. 

  • Perform in-depth analysis and draw insights to optimize spend and performance across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

  • Build dashboards, reporting and models for the marketing funnel. Communicate weekly qualitative and quantitative reports on digital marketing performance and drive actionable insights for future efforts. 


The successful candidate should possess the following qualification and qualities:


  • Proven digital marketing internship experience, fresh graduate from Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics (majoring in Marketing) or any other relevant discipline.

  • Singaporeans or Singapore PRs are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing, planning and customer engagement is preferred.

  • High proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 

  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably the ability to develop and deliver consulting presentations. Fluency in English and Chinese are mandatory.

  • Digital marketing experience across Linkedin, Facebook, Youtube and Google and China advertising platforms is preferred. 

  • Comfortable working with a wide spectrum of analytical tools eg. Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook, Google Optimizer etc. with the ability to analyze digital data and draw actionable insights. 

  • Strong passion to work in a startup business environment

  • Strong team player, open-minded, enthusiastic and eager to learn

  • Flexibility to undertake overseas travels.
