Performance Marketing Consultant 

We are looking out for a Performance Marketing Consultant

We are looking for talents who are passionate to be part of a fast-growing and exciting 6-year-old consulting and digital marketing agency. He or she will have the opportunity to work closely with the Founder and the team to expand the practice and help businesses to navigate through the complexities and uncertainties business environment. He or she will be developing effective digital marketing or omnichannel strategies to assist clients in achieving their business goals.

As VK Transformation Performance Marketing Consultant, you should be data driven marketeer, digital savvy, results oriented and possess a growth hacking mindset. Keen interest in understanding user’s digital journey and analyzing data to draw business insights from complex data, design digital marketing strategy and execute digital marketing campaigns. There will be opportunities for him or her to work on different projects and enjoy the excitement of analytical problem-solving, critical thinking & innovation across the Asia Pacific region. 

​Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assess and achieve client goals through sales techniques (effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling). 

  • Conduct market research and benchmarks to provide insights into the market conditions, consumer behavioural, customer insights, customer segmentation, pricing, competition landscape for target markets for a variety of clients across multiple industries to uncover new opportunities. 

  • Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns for Google Search, Display Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, online marketplaces and other digital marketing platforms to support growth for VK Transformation and our clients to drive conversions 

  • Manage end to end process of campaign creation, including the setting up of ad sets, audience targeting, ad copies, creative review and bid adjustments 

  • Continue to review campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimize overall spend and performance 

  • Launch and track the implementation of A/B tests campaigns 

  • Identify digital marketing trends and insights, keep abreast of new social media or web technologies. Experiment with these new technologies for digital marketing campaigns. 

  • Identify key metrics that will drive conversions, track results and analytics, problem solving and provide strategic suggestions. 

  • Work closely with our marketing team to identify critical metrics and KPIs, brainstorm new ideas and strategies to deliver actionable insights that could potentially help our clients with growth, engagement, promotion and conversion. 

The successful candidate should possess the following qualification and qualities:

  • Possesses relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business, Marketing, Math or Economics, or any other relevant disciplines. 

  • Possesses 1-3 years of digital marketing experience 

  • Experience in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads will be a huge plus 

  • Analytical and like problem-solving 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) 

  • You’re interested in consulting and/or digital marketing agency 

  • Creative and enjoys coming up with new ideas and strategies, able to think strategically, shows initiative, detail-oriented and conscientious, pro-active 

  • An affinity for analysing data and making good observations from numbers and reports 

  • Highly committed and have a proactive, can-do attitude and team player 

  • Able to work independently, efficient, fast, responsible, trustworthy and able to follow through well to meet timelines. 

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with a genuine interest in making a difference
